Agnieszka has spent over ten years specialising in Quality Management.

Although she has Health, Safety and Environmental experience, her real passion lies in bringing a modern approach to embedding quality in the culture of organisations.

Her approach is based on the belief that employee motivation, attention to detail and loyalty to the company and commitment is the cornerstone of a Company's success. Organisations which have poor quality cultures give least importance to Quality Management Systems.

Agnieszka is a Chartered Member of Chartered Quality Institute. She holds BSc degree in Production Engineering, Engineering Management and Quality Management and MSc in Environmental Management. She is also IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and qualified ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

Alasdair Reid

Principal Consultant

Alasdair has a successful track record of leading engineering consultancies.

His experience includes holding senior management positions for process and engineering functions. Alasdair has worked for some the UK’s major oil and gas companies.

As a director, Alasdair has led the consultancy activities in Risk, Quality and Safety consulting.

In establishing a quality consultancy, he aims to bring this experience together with his enthusiasm for quality.

Alasdair’s aim is to guide and support so that companies are able to achieve high performance through the application of pragmatic opportunities for improvement.

Alasdair is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Practising member of the Chartered Quality Institute and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
